The hydrochloride salt derivative of fexofenadine, which has antihistaminic effect, is known as fexofenadine hydrochloride. Uses
- Fexofenadine is recommended for the symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinitis (“hay fever“), including symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, itchy eyes/nose, sneezing, hives, and itching in patients ≥2 years old.
